THCC's Concierge Services are emblematic of what sets us apart from our competitors. We recognize that every home is unique, as is every homeowner's needs. We also recognize that it is impossible to anticipate every possible service a customer may want or need. And, we recognize that many service providers are unwilling to go beyond the scope of their customary work. 

The range of needs a homeowner could have extend well beyond routine housekeeping and landscape maintenance. You may need occasional pressure washing. You may want your chicken coop cleaned out. You may want regular laundering and dishwashing. Or a litany of other services.

This is where THCC's Concierge Services come into play. Sure, one of the things that sets us apart from others is that we are, by design, a one-stop shop for interior and exterior residential services. THCC's model of designing a bespoke bundle of services fit to a customer's specific needs is a service not offered elsewhere in San Luis Obispo County.  But we go even further. If you can imagine it, and its within our capabilities, we will do it. 

Think of our Concierge Services as an open line connecting you to a team of highly-skilled laborers willing to field any problem you may have and offer a solution. And if its a problem we cannot solve, we will be happy to assist you in finding an appropriate service provider. There is no problem too big or too small for THCC.
