 Zachary Simmons serves as On-Site Manager at Total Home Care & Concierge, where he combines technical expertise, disciplined work habits, and a strong commitment to safety in every aspect of his role. Born in San Luis Obispo in and raised in Arroyo Grande, Zach has deep roots on the Central Coast and takes pride in contributing to the community he calls home.

A graduate of Lopez High School, Zach spent the past two years working as an HVAC technician, an experience that demanded precision, responsibility, and an unwavering focus on safety. Zach then developed a passion for gardening, leading to his involvement in THCC. 

Surrounded by family members who worked in tool & safety driven professions, he gained early experience assisting with hands-on projects that required both skill and discipline. That foundation gave him not only familiarity with a wide range of equipment, but also the habits of responsibility and accountability that define his professional approach today and ensures the safety of our entire team.

At Total Home Care & Concierge, Zach’s position as On-Site Manager reflects his technical strength and natural leadership. He oversees all field operations across both interior and exterior services, ensuring that every task is carried out with efficiency, precision, and care.
