Ethan Trimmer

 Ethan Trimmer serves as Operations Manager at Total Home Care & Concierge, where his versatility, reliability, and steady leadership make him an essential part of the company’s operations. Born in Santa Maria  and raised throughout San Luis Obispo County, Ethan has deep ties to the Central Coast community. Ethan is a graduate of Arroyo Grande High School and a college student at one our local state schools. 

In his role, Ethan bridges leadership and fieldwork, overseeing key administrative functions while maintaining an active presence on site. Cross trained across every service the company provides, from detailed interior housekeeping to comprehensive exterior landscape maintenance, he supports both areas of operation, ensuring quality and consistency across the board. Ethan works closely with Zach, the On Site Manager, to coordinate day to day activities, align priorities, and ensure seamless execution in both interior and exterior services. His adaptability allows him to step into any role as needed, maintaining efficiency and professionalism at every level.

Ethan’s path with Total Home Care & Concierge is both professional and personal. Having faced challenges early in life, he demonstrated resilience, determination, and an eagerness to take on responsibility that set him apart. His early exposure to professional environments fostered discipline and a strong work ethic, paving the way for his leadership role today. Ethan’s role within the company reflects not only his talent but the trust and respect he has earned as a dependable and forward thinking operations leader.

Beyond his day to day responsibilities, Ethan is approachable and personable, qualities that make him a natural fit for client facing work. He is an avid sports fan, particularly of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and enjoys cars, music, and community events. His outgoing nature allows him to connect easily with clients and colleagues alike, balancing friendliness with professionalism and accountability.
